2. To promote cultural and athletic participation by funding Divyang artists, athletes, and performers to participate in prestigious national and international platforms.
3. To improve quality of life for individuals with benchmark disabilities through financial aid for High Support Need Instruments essential for daily functioning.
4. To support critical medical treatment for Divyang individuals suffering from life-threatening diseases not covered under other health schemes.
5. To build capacity and knowledge among educators, trainers, and stakeholders through regular training and orientation programs on disability education and rehabilitation.
6. To strengthen educational infrastructure by enabling the establishment of science, math, psychology, and tech labs in special schools for the disabled.
7. To promote sports and physical activities by supporting infrastructure development and the purchase of sports equipment in special schools.
8. To generate awareness and policy innovation through national and international workshops on legal, medical, and educational issues affecting the disabled.

राज्य निधि योजना के मुख्य उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित हैं:
1. दिव्यांग प्रतिभा को प्रोत्साहन और प्रदर्शन के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करना, जैसे कि कार्यशालाएं, प्रदर्शनी आदि जिनमें दिव्यांगजन द्वारा बनाए गए उत्पादों, चित्रों और हस्तशिल्प को प्रदर्शित किया जा सके।
2. सांस्कृतिक और खेल सहभागिता को बढ़ावा देना, ताकि दिव्यांग कलाकार, खिलाड़ी और कलाकार राष्ट्रीय/अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भाग ले सकें।
3. दैनिक जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हेतु उच्च सहायक उपकरणों की खरीद के लिए आर्थिक सहायता देना।
4. गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज में मदद, जैसे कि कैंसर, थैलेसीमिया, आदि, जिनके लिए आयुष्मान या मुख्यमंत्री योजना के तहत कोई सहायता नहीं मिलती।
5. शिक्षकों और संबंधित हितधारकों के प्रशिक्षण और ज्ञानवर्धन के लिए ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम आयोजित करना।
6. शैक्षिक आधारभूत संरचना को मजबूत बनाना, विशेषकर विज्ञान, गणित, मनोविज्ञान और तकनीक की लैब्स की स्थापना विशेष विद्यालयों में।
